Terms of use The rules for using MizuCue, its beta, and optional annual access. Effective September 5, 2026 Agreement and license These terms govern your use of MizuCue and its website with MizuCue's developer. By downloading or using the app, or accepting these terms when requesting beta access, you agree to them. You must be legally able to agree; otherwise, a parent or legal guardian must review them and permit your use. [Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to the app. Your license is limited, personal, and non-transferable, subject to Apple's usage rules. Apple's required terms control any conflict. Open-source components retain their own licenses. The [Privacy Policy](https://mizucue.com/privacy) explains data handling. Annual access and billing Live Status and the most recent hour of History are free. Annual access unlocks longer History ranges, older events, and PDF/CSV report export, subject to records available on your device. A subscription does not guarantee that past measurements exist. • Apple shows the price, billing period, and eligible offers before purchase. An eligible trial lasts one week and converts to annual access unless canceled. • The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple Account subscription settings. Cancel a trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal; follow the timing Apple shows for your subscription. • Canceling stops future renewal. Access to a paid period continues until that period ends; trial access may end sooner under Apple's rules. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. • Apple processes payment and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. MizuCue does not receive payment-card details. Restore Purchases can recover an active entitlement for the same Apple Account. TestFlight and beta testing Beta access depends on capacity and Apple's TestFlight eligibility rules. MizuCue does not impose a separate age requirement. Submitting a request does not guarantee access. Use an email address that you control or are authorized to use. Email invitations are personal; a public link may be shared while active. [Support](https://mizucue.com/support) explains availability and supported languages. Beta software may contain defects, incomplete features, inaccurate results, interruptions, or data loss. Keep independent copies of important information. Beta access may change or end at any time. TestFlight purchases use Apple's sandbox and do not create a real charge; test renewals may run faster than real subscriptions. Feedback is voluntary and uncompensated. You permit us to use it to evaluate, fix, and improve MizuCue and its documentation. Submit only material you may share and remove sensitive information. You may discuss general impressions, but must not redistribute the app, another person's invitation, or private network information. [Apple's TestFlight terms](https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/testflight/) also apply. History and diagnostic limits MizuCue may retain up to one rolling year of history locally, whether or not you subscribe. Detailed records may cover shorter periods. Canceling or allowing a subscription to expire does not delete local history or backups. After paid access ends, longer ranges and exports lock; resubscribing restores access to records that remain. Measurements describe one device's observations and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. iOS can suspend checks. Permissions, VPNs, routers, radio conditions, diagnostic destinations, and other services can affect results. We do not guarantee continuous monitoring, complete coverage, or identification of a problem's cause. Reports can support troubleshooting but do not prove provider fault, certify service levels, or guarantee a refund or claim outcome. Do not rely on MizuCue, including beta builds, for emergencies, safety, security, business continuity, or decisions requiring complete or accurate monitoring. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Apple and third-party services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable. We do not control or guarantee them. Naming a service does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Responsible use and sharing Monitor only devices and networks you are authorized to use. Do not interfere with networks, evade access controls, invade privacy, or break applicable law. You are responsible for your connectivity and carrier charges. Review reports and notes before sharing and include only information you may disclose. You choose recipients. Removing local data does not recall shared reports or remove copies you saved elsewhere. Warranties and liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, MizuCue is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except warranties that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MizuCue's developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, revenue or data, business or network interruption, missed outages, or decisions based on results. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of US$50, or its local-currency equivalent, and the amount you paid for MizuCue in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Changes, termination, and contact Features and these terms may change. Material changes will carry a new effective date and appropriate notice. Planned features, including the macOS version, do not promise a release date, final scope, or compatibility. The current public beta is for iPhone. You may stop using MizuCue at any time. We may terminate beta access or the license for material violations, misuse, or risks to others. Ownership, feedback, disclaimer, liability, and general provisions survive where legally permitted. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy, and Apple's applicable terms govern use.
